...I was fortunate enough to meet Bob at the 2012 River Teeth Non-Fiction Conference, held annually here at Ashland University, where we both had very prominent duties to fulfill—he the keynote speaker, I the student intern for the conference. My dear friend Paul (the other student intern) and I picked Bob up at the airport the night before the conference and soon discovered how open and engaging he was, despite an immense level of fame within the literary non-fiction community.
