Tonya Bowser, a 1999 Criminal Justice graduate of Ashland University and the quality assurance manager at CCA Lake Erie Correctional Institution in Conneaut, Ohio, has been named Accreditation Manager of the Year for the State of Ohio by the Criminal-Justice Accreditation Association of Ohio (CAAO).
