Brittany Hartman ('12) Shares Glory in Tony Award
AU Theatre graduate Brittany Hartman (2012) has been incredibly busy and successful since graduation. Her first professional theatre gig was in the fall of 2012 at Hartman Stage (CT) for the premiere of the future Tony Award winning musical "A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder". She worked with the show's wigs and costumes 90 hours a week for the show's 5 week run. Her hard work paid off when she was asked to continue with the show's move to Broadway. The Broadway production won four Tony Awards including Best Musical, Best Book of a Musical, Best Direction of a Musical and Best Costume Design at the 68th Tony Awards. Congratulations Brittany!
