managing editor and sports editor Chris Bils (2014) was recognized for his work
as a sports reporter in a statewide competition among Missouri
newspapers. Bils is a sports reporter for the St. Joseph News-Press in
St. Joseph, Missouri. He won two of the newspaper's nine awards in the
Associated Press Managing Editors competition, including a first place honor.
